The past month I've started exercising way more frequently as I've missed feeling good in my body everyday. My usual routine is 4 days a week, sometimes 5. I do these on days when I have work, on these says I do a 9 mile cycle (4.5mi there and back), this usually equates to 27mi to 54mi cycled in one week (I'm on rota).
I just wanna know if these is a good base to bulk/tone up and if I'm missing any more exercises.
I'm 32m btw. Diet wise I try not to worry to much but try to avoid refined sugars and get plenty of protein and carbs in.
