I started working out about 5 years ago and I absolutely love doing what I do. I started to recently focus on cardio. Yes to cut but also to show appreciation of how healthy I can become as recently my friend passed away it motivated me to not go the same way as she did. I miss her too much.
It wasn’t easy. I stuck to a hard diet plan and had to go gym on the days I didn’t feel like going I wish I could have a team to support me it would make things a lot better.
This goes to show that anything is possible hun.
