Long-term lifting
Post Body
Hey guys, I see a lot of people here showing off their transformations. But have any of you thought about how to progress after you get shredded? Hereโs what I recommend. Try to stay somewhere between 10-12 percent and 15-16 percent body fat year round. Get to 10-12 percent then lean bulk to 15-16 for most of the year, then do a minicut for one month out of the year. This will allow you to keep making progress without having to spend too much time losing weight. What do you guys think?
