Heyo! Going to sit down, discuss n design my workout program tomorrow for my first time doing personal training! I used to be a bit of gym rat years ago but pandemic n life happened. Getting back into fitness has been so hard! So I splurged n got myself a personal trainer... but I'm a little nervous about my coach having the know how I am looking for. When I worked at several gyms our coaches could be anything from retired marines and medical students to random joes who watched insane amounts of fitness youtube. And though sharing knowledge is great no matter if you have a degree, I have some medical problems I really want to make sure do not get worsened because my coach has fitness brain rot.
What are some good Qs I can shoot her way to make sure I am in good hands? Thanks <3
