Need some advice

I've been going to the gym for like 2 months. Do I really need a day for every group. Like chest day or leg day. I feel like I could do more if I switch between different groups. Also any tips to lose weight quickly? Like Fasting and calorie deficit? Also best cardio to lose weight. I've seen things like 15 incline 3 speed to low incline high speed. Thanks for the help.
