*train the last set to failure.
Not all of them.
Training every set to failure reduces total volume, which is a net negative. You want to do multiple sets 1-2 reps short of failure and then the final set go into you have none left.
Just be careful doing that without a spotter and err on the safe side.
Great advice overall, just had to clear this one part up.
