It's their brand though!
Their business model is sucking in people who hate the gym and want to be coddled into going. It makes those people feel better to see "their gym" being "inclusive" (by mocking and alienating anyone that actually wants to work hard).
Actual lifters are not welcome precisely because they remind the undedicated masses of what hard work actually looks like.

I mean... I agree that PF is total trash, often making things worse for their patrons rather than better.
BUT, also... yeah, you don't need to be dropping your weights 99% of the time fuckers.
