In the beginning of a divorce (previously posted).
So, I texted the s2b ex on Friday. I simply said, we can't get an uncontested divorce with both our names on the house. Keep in mind, she rarely works.
I said it would only be fair to sell it and split the money. I heard though the grapevine, that she said I could just take her to court, where I believe they will say: sell it and split the money.
Any advice, or is that the logical next step?
