How would I find out if I’m reactive to casein?
Post Body

I get brain fog and dizziness when I have dairy, including goat’s milk. This only started after my gut went haywire after getting covid last year.

I’d really like to know if I’m reacting to casein or if I’m not digesting lactose properly. These neurological symptoms I get make me think my immune system is reacting to casein… But I’m not sure.

I figure food allergy test would check for lactose intolerance but how about reactivity to casein?
