Working really hard to rebuild my biome after a recent test showed almost zero keystone bacteria growth. I’ve been taking pure GG 25B, seed, Proflora 4R (spore based) and plenum GI repair & recently my stool has become a lot looser / Moucosy. Not diarrhea at all, but cloudy when I flush.
My skin flares up bad which I treated w doxycycline for about 20 years until I recently learned how bad that was long term. I haven’t been able to get any long term relief yet..
I’ve been on the probiotic push for about 45 days now.
Is there a die off phase when taking probiotics? Could they be flushing out toxins or bad biofilm? I eat VERY little carbs, no sugar or alcohol for years. Everything I eat / drink is ‘biome beneficial’
The anxiety this has caused has been incredible.
