Higbee beach?

Has anyone gone? I'm here right now and I've heard it's NOT a nude beach but that people keep to themselves. Is this true? It doesn't be seem like it lends itself to being an unofficial nude beach. Seems like there's too many people and possibly police boats in the water idk. Anyone have any insight?
