I'm mostly sold on ceramic tint but I had a few concerns.

Medyo old yung car and yung windshield ay medyo malabo (probably the old tint) but I think there are also lots of micro-scratches and faint watermarks that make visibility bad - especially at night.

Napansin ko sa mga installation videos ng ceramic tint (ang daming ads grabe), may nilalagay din silang film sa outside ng windshield. What is that? Dapat bang polish or professionally clean yung outside surface ng windshield ko bago ako mag pa ceramic tint?

If I do, saan ko mahanap yung ganyan service? I asked a few car detailing shops and hindi daw sila nag polish or remove scratches ng windshield glass.
