Is this normal practice for toyota with all their cars in their lineup?

Post Body

My family and I would like to purchase the new base LC300 and have contacted 2 toyota branches that has a unit available. The terms we wanted was a 50% dp on a 2-year installment with our bank.

1 branch told us that a unit will only be released if we agreed na in-house yung financing with a 5-year term 30% interest. Di din enough na pumayag for that financing, we also had to purchase all the additional add-ons for the unit to be released as well.

We went to another branch and they agreed to our bank loan terms, but this time we were required to purchase a van so that the unit will be released.

Nakakainis kasi nalaman din namin thru connections na di mahaba ang waitlist for the LC300. Toyota dealerships just don't want to release the units if you don't agree to their terms, else you will be put to the "waitlist".

Ganito na ba talaga sa toyota branches for all their cars or is this specific to the LC300?

Kaya dapat lang na may ibang brand na sumikat dito sa pinas. Para mabawasan yabang nf Toyota.
