Tumawag ako kanina sa Manila Traffic and Parking Bureau to verify yung coding-free window sa Manila or kung pareho sa Makati na 7-7 hindi pwede dumaan ang mga sasakyan n naka-coding. I already know the answer na ang prohibited ang mga naka-coding na dumaan ng 7am-10am and then 5pm-8pm (MMDA Resolution 22-14). I called to confirm kasi baka mamaya eh may sarili na pala silang number/coding system.

May sumagot - sounds like a young lady. Ang sabi eh kung ano daw yung color-coding ng MMDA eh yun din ang sinusunod nila.

Tinanong ko just to test - 'Sige nga, ano yung color-coding hours ng MMDA?'

Anak ng tipaklong... hindi nya alam... nagtanong pa sya at nag-search pa ng sagot kung saan man.

Paano pala kung may gagong enforcer na nanghuli sa akin at nag-insist na violator ako ng number-coding kahit nasa 10-5pm window ako? Ang tagal nila bago ma-figure-out?

Di ba dapat ganitong info eh muscle memory na nila?
