Guitar hero PS3 correct lag settings

Hi all, been years since I played GH on PS3, and with the new tvâs, compared to the early 2010 hdtvs, the lag seems to be unbearable (the notes just fly pass when I want to play them). Has anyone out there got the preferable numbers for audio and video lag? This applies for Xbox 360 too
