When I hold green, the blue note also flashes repeatedly on screen while green is solid, and when I hold red, both red and yellow are solid. The issue is intermittent and sometimes I can go hours without encountering it.

I opened it up and it looks clean inside, but I'm also not super familiar with electronics so I may not know what I'm looking at. The screw holding the board behind the frets next to the green fret seems to be stripped and I can't get it out, but the board swivels around it with the other screw removed.

I'm using it with Clone Hero on Windows 10, if that matters. I've tried different USB ports and different USB tips that attach at the end of the cable (whatever they're called).

If anyone can help, that would be greatly appreciated!
