Need Help Troubleshooting Roland KC350
Post Body

I recently plugged my Roland kc350 amp into the outlet and to my dismay it wasn't turning on. I took her apart and eventually found the main fuse had blown (T4AL250). I got the parts today and plugged the new fuse in (pack of five) and for a millisecond it turned on and then popped and fell back into death.

After seeing no other obvious issues on the pre amp and output board, I decided to peek a little further at the power converter segment of the amp. I found two more fuses, not blown (T500mA250V) and no other obvious signs of decay. I dusted out the inside and made sure everything was connected correctly and got another blown 4A fuse with the same issue as above. I'm down to 3 more fuses and haven't found much helpful information online and was wondering if this community could help me troubleshoot the issues. Maybe it's a resistor or a cap that isn't working, I don't really know. I'm pretty inexperienced with amps, I usually repair keyboards and stuff like that so I'm not sure how to proceed.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, it's my dad's brother's keyboard amp and he passed away a couple years ago so it has pretty high sentimental value as well as being a nice amp for my keys. Because of this, if it's not too complex, I'd love to be able to fix it myself with my dad without paying out the ass for a technician. But if it's anything more complex than ordering and resoldering a couple faulty bits, is be fine taking it in to a pro.

TLDR: Roland KC350 4A fuse go boom, no power. What else could be problem?
