Need Help! New amp is giving me a headache!

Bought a relatively new Fender Champion One Hundred. Major problem is it doesn’t seem to like my pedal chain. Turn the amp on, everything is connected and nothing! It’s only after I start unplugging things and plugging them back in that it starts working. Person who had it before me only used the built in effects. The signal goes into the Polytune to the kill switch then to the pedal board. First pedal is a Vein Tap St. Blues, then the green muff, SonicCake Equalizer, MXR Chorus then MXR Analog Delay to a Donner Looper then to the amp. This happens on both channels and there is no rhyme nor reason as to what I unplug and plug back in to get it working. Any ideas???
