[QUESTION] Not enough relief?

So my guitar seems to play fine, the only time I hear buzzing is if I play the low E string pretty hard, but based on what I've seen, it seems like it doesn't have enough relief. Basically, holding down the 1st and 12th fret, there is no space between the 6th fret and the string.

Currently the truss rod is turned all the way (or almost all the way) counter clockwise.

What are my options? Will fixing this make a huge difference?
