Pedalboard Power Supply Questions [GEAR]

Post Body

I need help with a power supply for my pedalboard. In particular, I have a Hughes & Kettner Tube Factor (requires 12V AC at ~600mA), and a Harley Benton DNAfx Pro (which requires 9V DC at 1A). There are a few other pedals, but the rest are 9V DC pedals that take way less than 100mA. I thought the Cioks AC-10 would be a good match, so I purchased it. However, now that I have it, I have questions.

Outputs 1-4 are self-explanatory. Outputs 9 &10 are self explanatory. However there are inputs 6-8. They are:

  • Outputs 5-6 DC 9V or 12/15V
  • Outputs 7-8 AC 9V or 12V

There is a DIP switch to change one of the AC outlets into a DC outlet. Does that switch output 7-8 from AC to DC, OR does the DIP switch completely turn off either output 5-6 or 7-8 (depending on whether AC or DC is selected)?
