Has anyone played the new Gibson Sustainable series of acoustic guitars? I'm looking specifically at the Hummingbird and the J-45 models.

I'm wondering how the lack of Nitro finish and the change in woods affect the sound. I've looked locally and can't find one to put my hands on and my usual reviews and comparison channels are lacking. There are reviews of the guitars, but not really a comparison to their flagship models.

I love the look of these guitars and I like the shift to Walnut back and sides, but I'm concerned that the rubbed beeswax finish will make the guitar sound completely different.

Any advice, conversation, or discussion would be welcome.
