I found an old DigiTech GNX3 that I bought cheap off of eBay a few years back. Figure I may as well try using it.
I was going to try using the amp/cabinet models through my computer and GarageBand. But I’m not sure which output mode to use.
I’d like to plug my guitar into the GNX3, then the output into an M-audio interface that connects via USB to my MacBook and 2 studio monitors on my desk.
The output options on the GNX3 are:
Mono, Stereo, guitar(left)/recorder(right), guitar mono, and guitar stereo.
Just trying to make sure nothing explodes. Also, if possible what would be an example where you’d use each of these modes?
I’ve played for over 10 years and know surprisingly little about this stuff, so I’m trying to learn _^
Thanks in advance folks
