need help with regards to live performance of Bohemian Rhapsody

so I am a senior in high school and my band and I would like to do Bohemian Rhapsody as an epic battle of the bands song. We have plenty of time to prep and we all have the ability. But me being the guitarist, I was wondering if anyone had any recommendations as to what I could do for the first 2 minutes. Is there anything I could play that would not devalue the song? Any advice would be awesome!
