Please Help: where can I buy this tuning peg?

So, I’m an idiot and misplaced the washer and nut on this tuning peg when I was changing strings. I’ve contacted Martin and they said they’d send me one but that was a month ago and I’m just looking to fix it. I’ve been to all my LGSs and hardware stores. I appreciate any help I can get. It’s a Martin HD-28v.
