The other day I wanted to play Lithium by Nirvana on my acoustic 60s style fender dreadnought. I detuned the guitar and BANG the g strings snaps at the tuning keys. I was bummed, but thought it was because the strings were old. I decided to treat myself and buy som nice Martin Strings. They took forever to deliver but when I came I was super happy with the sound.
Then, today, I wanted to play Lithium again because I heard the song on the radio and wanted to play along. I detuned my guitar and BANG the g string snaps again. THESE STRING ARE TWO DAYS OLD, AND I WAS DETUNING THE GUITAR. WHY WAS IT SNAPPING???
