That’s exactly right. The problem is the pint puller who is more concerned about wiggling her butt, having shots for herself, and serving the regulars.
I totally stand on this - customers will follow you even on erratic shifts if you are a personable pro, with efficiency and knowing how to build your drinks the way they should be made. Guinness isnt hard to make, but not crap stuff like this.
