New to Guilty Gear

So, I'm pretty new to guilty gear, Strive is my first guilty gear game and I'm loving it. Like many I picked up Ky as he's probably one of the easier and less technical characters. I'm not new to fighting games I'm okay at DBFZ but Strive is a different beast. So I was hoping to get some tips and tricks to play a little better day by day. Thank you to everyone who comments it's greatly appreciated.
