You can Potemkin Buster any dust attack on block and almost any move that gives the opponent a low sweeping screen traversal attack like May's 3K.

This only really works because Potemkin buster has a 5 frame start up.

Only Caveat:

I-no: Heavy slash stroke the big tree, but if she dashes back in for another attack after block you can still grab her.

Movement attacks that don't make you block low:

Leo: Famous cross up is 2 on block. Leo's Erstes Kaltes Gestöber though -6. Leo lands too far away to be grabbed on block.

Giovanna: Travao on block is 2

Anji: Fuujin is grabbable on block unless they use Shin(jumping fan attack) or a delayed Issokutobi(cool flippy shit).

Conclusion:

So yeah if you know they're going in for a low sweep attack because they can't deal with your anti air f.S. or just as a mix up cause you're blocking high. Just block low and prep for a free Potemkin Buster.
