Is Slayer annoying or is he actually fun to olay against?

My girlfriend and I played together and some of those moves are... something else. Ive been playing for months and tried so many characters. I was playing against her slayer that she just picked up an hour ago and all she could do was big stomp and big punch. Which wouldn't be a problem if it didn't teleport behind you. Even when you knocked them into the edge of the stage. They just teleport behind you, punch you once, and immediately frame break. So is he frustrating or fun to other players? Maybe it's just me.
