When the new skins released I beelined to Lion's Arch to see if anyone had bought them yet so I could stare at them get a look at them in motion and see how cute they are! I found two people and we ended up chatting in /say about the birbs, at which point I mentioned I'd just bought myself the Aurene-themed raptor because it was on sale and I couldn't justify the cost of the whole pack...

...and then my mail went ping and it turns out someone - and I have no idea who, because for some reason gift mails in this game don't seem to have a name, and they didn't send a message alongside it or anything! - bought me the mount package without saying anything about it. I even asked and nobody owned up to it!

So, if anyone's reading this who recently bought a very, very pink-and-white human female thief in Lion's Arch the new Canthan Cuckoo Springer skin package... thank you! Thank you so much! This is quite possibly the nicest thing anyone's done for me in a game and I cannot possibly thank whoever is responsible enough ;------;
