Does the 80-Boost from End of Dragons pre-purchase expire?

As the title says, I don't have more character slots and all my characters are level 80. I don't plan to spend more money/gems/gold. I don't really need another character right now.
There is a time limit I should know about this boost or can I save it for later? Later means, someday I'd like to play as thief or engineer so much I'd like to buy a character slot. (These two classes are the only remaining classes I don't have created, and never got any interests in them in the last 10 years)
