If ANet made a Guild Wars 2 Themed Monopoly and/or Risk

I would think these would be great! I love monopoly and can do it with the locations or fortresses from Guild Wars 2. And could do a Risk version easy as well with the map as is and as the lands are sectioned off.
What Forts would be Boardwalk and Parkplace? What area would have the most armies for Risk when you got all the territories in an "country"?
I think Lions Arch would be Boardwalk for Monopoly. Silverwastes would be the Risk equivalent of Asia.
