hey guys, so as the title states i’m experiencing some isssues with progressing a new character i was planning on completing chronologically. after 2-3 weeks of playing i’m finally at the chapter Victory or Death where you enter the dungeon and fight off zeihtan’a mouth / boss. i’ve attempted to complete it total of 3 times, and i think it’s always taken me an hour or more. but each time i get booted to character selection screen after logan dies / zeithans mouth dies. before i get booted, the game shows me my character with a movie reel icon above my characters head.

has anyone else encountered this? is there a work around? i want to fully progress on these stories and get the full reward. it just doesn’t make sense to me that after buying all the expansions i can’t complete an episode due to technical errors. i’ve submitted the big to arena net but they say i may not even get a response.
