Looking for some HoM advice

So this is where I am, and what I plan on doing. After getting what points I have, I find myself quite low on money. Having not played for a few years up until a couple weeks ago when I logged on again to work on my HoM, I have no idea how people make money anymore. Essentially - How do people go about making money nowdays? Ideally either solo, or methods with heroes.
Any suggestions would be appreciated!
