Quickest way to get to 6 HoM points?

Hello.
I've recently picked up the game looking for a quick taking of the 6 HoM points required for the clothes in Guild Wars 2. Other than account-linking at, from what I've read, level 10, what are the other fastest ways to get the last 3 points of HoM I would need?
