not showing up 10-4 problem

So I'm on 10-4 trying to clear it and get 3 stars, I've got 5 of the 7 yellow star things and I looked it up and found out you can get one from the stone statue of the warrior, apparently something is supposed to happen with her muramasa blade when you carry it but where do i get it or do to get the statue to react. Is there something I'm missing????
