Kiddions Menu not working?

Chances are ive done something wrong, but i cant get the menu to work online and i havent tried it in story, i know all the keybinds and i waited for the game to launch completely before launching the menu but nothing applies and some of the options like the casino rig are greyed out, is the menu not updated anymore or am i just doing something incorrectly? any help would be appreciated.
