Needing seeds, have some questions.

I am finishing up my first grow, just some whatever bag seeds to try out and test run my set up. Now I want some legit seeds I can choose from. I’m from a state that is medical only ( New Hampshire). Can I legally mail order the seeds, and what’s a legit source that people use? I’m New to this side of it vs being just a user. Reddit has been a HUGE help so far, figured i would give this a shot.
