I think Ive poisoned it :( PLS help!

Basically was super dense dense green leaves, then I got in a rush. I may have accidentally watered it with a body armor sports water with electrolytes and adjusted pH. Anyway, to reverse damage? Or should I just toss it outside and let it see what it does?
