Not a disease but I'm really curious about this plant.

My other three plants look totally fine and have lots of pistols showing up on them this one. I think I see some pistols if I look really close. I know I don't see any pollen sacks so maybe it's just taking longer to flower. But the leaves also look much more thin and they aren't fanning out like they do on the rest of my plants. I'm wondering if anyone has had any experience with something like this.
