Three questions (and pardon me if these have been asked before):
If I'm 7 months on T, can I start stretching exercises or should I wait? (asking because I've seen some varied answers)
Does anyone have any recommendations for how many reps / how many seconds per rep / and how many times a day / week should I be doing the stretches (again, asking because I've seen some varied answers).
And lastly, does anyone know of any pics / videos of anyone doing the stretching exercises? I personally have had a hard time understand exactly how to do them, and I want to make sure I don't fuck it up
