(Main question is in third paragraph if you want to skip context/potential rambling)

This is unbelievably embarrassing to post but I have no male figures in my life that can help me with this so I’m turning to Reddit again lmao

I’ll be 4 months on t next week and I found myself quite disappointed with my bottom growth and also concerned because I didn’t seem to have a head. Turns out part of my length was foreskin which I did not know I could pull back. To put it simply, once discovering this it didn’t look too pretty.

How do I get rid of dick cheese? I’ve only discovered this problem 3 days ago and I’ve been sitting and washing in a warm bath everyday since but pulling back my foreskin can be hard and cleaning is even harder. I don’t really know how to wash it? Do I just splash lots of water with it or do I need to actually scrub it? Right now my head has only seen the light of day 3 times and it’s INCREDIBLY sensitive to the point where it hurts if I touch it with a cloth too much. I want it gone fast because I’m really ashamed and it’s making me feel really gross and insecure and I just don’t know what to do.

Any advice would be really appreciated! Thank you so much for reading I hope you have a lovely day :))
