I just hit the 4 month marker on T cream today. Month 1 = 1.25mg/day; Month 2 = 2.5mg/day; Month 3 = 5mg/day. I'm considering going up to 10mg/day in month 4, but haven't gotten my new prescription yet

Changes I've seen so far: Month 1 = high spike in libido (usually 2-3 hours after applying); change in body odor; sweat more and generally feel hotter (temperature); head of my clit has gotten bigger

Month 2-3: higher sexual sensitivity, although libido has evened out; very slight clit growth. No changes have felt as drastic as month 1

My goal is to grow my clit as large as possible without experiencing voice changes. I'm fine with all other masculinizing side effects (I'm genderfluid, but in this subreddit due to the low dose I'm taking and bc many here avoid voice changes, unlike most trns guys.)

My dose has been extremely small compared to trns guys around me, and smaller than even some of the cis women on this sub. I know changes happen differently for everyone, so it's a bit up in the air, but how long could I potentially go on T cream without my voice changing? What have been other's experiences with navigating longer-term use without voice dropping? TIA ❤️
