Is “poison damage stacks 1” good and if so, should I do it on poison slingers or poison Dorthy?

Are there any runes that are good on pure wizard, or is he just a place holder for ‘ 1 skill level’ lines

If you put the “you can use this item on town archers” rune on an L or E item, Will the L lines work on the town archers? Like boss damage percent or flying damage percent

And what items would be best for DPS ice Wendy, if I ever get to like wave 2,000,000 I might run an ice DPS Wendy, I want to start looking for the items now though
