Can’t figure out the issue

I built my base up on the side of the Oak, and everything was going great, the latest patch came out and suddenly I can only place new stuff on damage floors, and bigger items, most frustratingly zipline anchors, won’t place at all.
I’ve loaded old saves, reset the game, literally everything I can think of and it just won’t fix. Please does anyone have a fix? I’m playing on PS5 if that’s a particularly broken version or something.
