Question about playing through Xbox Cloud and GamePass

So I tried playing the game on Steam but it was way too laggy and difficult for my PC to run it properly. I noticed they have the game on Xbox services though so I was wondering if it’s possible to play it through cloud without having hardware issues or specs/RAM causing me problems (since my PC is technically not a high end gaming type).
Would using Cloud/GP allow me to run the game better?
