Need help finding an Album

went to a record store recently and was at the end of the HipHop row around “W” and “#”
i could of sworn it was 38 spesh featured or his own album.
the cover is a snowy artistic landscape of two guys at the bottom right, chasing down and shooting a bullet into a guy solo left hand side running away with the bullet going through his head with blood coming out.
again snowy landscape almost looks like a painting ish, i cannot find it.
if anyone knows pls lmk
