Stuck account

One of my accounts is stuck. If i go to play on ultimate difficulty im stuck in the forgotten gods place without the devils crossing rift unlocked. I tried re beating the final boss, but nothing fixes it. I also tried uninstalling and re installing the forgotten gods expansion. Any ideas on how to fix it?
