Item mods not showing in game

So I noticed when first checking out https://www.grimtools.com/db/items/2083 that this item supposedly modifies the damage of shadow strike yet when I get in game https://imgur.com/a/4kmnvVb neither shows the pierce to acid conversion nor the -20% energy cost. Could anyone help?
