BUG?

So I haven’t played in a long while and got the itch to boot it up. After creating a character and running around the very beginning (after leaving the first town) the game locks up and I have to force quit. Alt f4 doesn’t do it, I have to go into task manger.

I’ve done some searching and it seems that with the last patch it’s made some mods crash the game. I believe I had griminternals installed and I saw mention that uninstalling it would do the trick but I have no idea how to get rid of it lol help?
